It started in the field. Before ever sitting behind a desk, the founder of DFW Construction Solutions spent years doing the work — learning the craft from the ground up and gaining a respect for construction that no classroom can teach.
That hands-on foundation opened doors into estimating, project management, and eventually business development at some of the region's established commercial contractors. Every role added a layer — how projects get priced, how they get managed, and how they get won.
In January 2022, DFWCS was founded with one goal: deliver large-GC capability without the large-GC overhead. No middlemen, no markup chains — just a skilled in-house team and a direct relationship with every client.
